With superior forging processes and exemplary machining capabilities, we have paved the way for excellence and precision in our manufacturing endeavors.
Currently, our company boasts an impressive fleet of over a hundred CNC lathes, expertly engineered to process high-precision workpieces with diameters measuring under 2000mm. Additionally, we have 10 robust machining lathes that handle workpieces over 2000mm in diameter, with a specialization in heavy-duty workpieces and large tubesheets. Our facility is also equipped with 16 state-of-the-art high-precision machining centers, including 6 three-axis, 3 four-axis, 3 five-axis machining centers, 3 expansive gantry machining centers, and a singular 2-meter horizontal machining center. These centers ensure that every customer’s product is meticulously processed within our factory premises, maintaining stringent quality control at every phase and meeting the high-precision standards expected by our clientele. Our powerful equipment configuration is designed to comprehensively meet all product research and development needs, delivering unparalleled convenience and efficiency in the innovative product research and development sector.
Our company has developed a sophisticated online ERP system that seamlessly integrates with our workshop network, from raw material intake to the exit of finished products. This system enables a paperless production environment, ensuring the precision and accuracy of data for each product.
