Wenzhou Long'an Flange Co., Ltd. was established in 2013 and is situated at the prestigious No. 620 Mingzhu Road, Longwan District, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. By capitalizing on Wenzhou's outstanding local advantages and leveraging the convenient and efficient raw material supply from Qingshan Holdings Group, coupled with our robust forging processes and machining capabilities, we have crafted a complete production system for Long'an flange. This integration ensures exceptional quality and efficiency at every stage of production.
The company currently boasts over a hundred state-of-the-art CNC lathes, capable of processing high-precision workpieces with diameters less than 2000mm. Additionally, we have 10 specialized machining lathes for diameters exceeding 2000mm, designed specifically for heavy-duty workpieces and large tubesheets. Our facility is further enhanced with 16 high-precision machining centers, including 6 three-axis machining centers, 3 four-axis machining centers, 3 five-axis machining centers, 3 large gantry machining centers, and a singular 2-meter horizontal machining center. This equipment ensures that every customer product is meticulously processed within our factory, allowing us to maintain stringent quality control at each stage and meet the high-precision demands of our customers. Our powerful equipment infrastructure thoroughly satisfies all product research and development needs, delivering unparalleled convenience and efficiency for our clients' innovative endeavors.
Our company has implemented a comprehensive online ERP system, fully integrating the workshop network from raw material intake to finished product dispatch. This initiative facilitates paperless production while guaranteeing data accuracy for each product. Concurrently, this system enables quality control at every production juncture, utilizing digital processes to regulate every production link, ensuring that product quality meets the stringent standards required.
The company is equipped with independent laboratories furnished with an array of testing equipment, including fully automatic direct reading spectrometers, handheld spectrometers, spectral alloy analyzers, hydraulic universal material testing machines, and pendulum impact testing machines. These resources ensure precise testing and validation of our products.
